Refund Policy – Willard Batteries

1. Eligibility
   Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Process
   To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
3. Refund Method
   Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. Exclusions
   Damaged, used, or improperly packaged products may be refused or incur a restocking fee.
5. Shipping Costs
   Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or defective products.
